WHAT IS THE CRIME OF FORCING?
The crime of forcing is embodied in the fact that a person is forced to commit a certain behavior using physical force. Although the crime of forcing is regulated as one of the “Crimes Against Decency” in Article 108 of the Turkish Commercial Code, it is also considered a qualified version of the crime of wounding.

The legal benefit that the forcing crime protects is body immunity, a person’s freedom of decision-making and movement. Because it is desirable that the person does or does not do something with a violation of the integrity of the body.
