Our client company, ….. he is authorized throughout Turkey for the production, distribution of all kinds of branded products and finished products and their wholesale and retail marketing. 2-) For the tablet set provided by our client with easy access to all courses for high school students “….” a trademark registration application has been filed with the Turkish Patent Institute with the trademark /…/… date … application number, but it has not yet been registered. (ANNEX-2) The abacus training kit applied for has been produced and its sale and distribution has been started all over Turkey.
3-) …/…/… the suspect operating in the field of educational kits in the history of ….. it is understood that the products of his company have a similarity with the trademark “…”, which has been applied for registration, at a level that will create a reputation.
