My client, who was fired from his job due to the economic crisis, decided to sell his car this month because he couldn’t find the money he needed to give to the hospital.

My client is in urgent need of money, the car would not have the opportunity to do Market Research ……… TL (……..) sold it to the defendant and transferred it from the notary.
4-my client, who received the money, immediately took his wife to the hospital and connected her to a dialysis machine. Then my client asked how much a car with the same model would be sold for. The owner of a car of the same model will sell the car…….. for TL and even ……….. He said he didn’t sell it, even though they gave him TL. After that, my client realized that he had been deceived.
5-My client has told the defendant about this situation, but the defendant has said that he has nothing to do now that the transfer has been made from a notary.
6-for these reasons, it is necessary to file a claim for the return of the car sold under the terms of overcharge by applying to your court within a period of one year from the transfer made from a notary.
