The subject of the case is a request for legal aid due to poverty.
Events: 1-defendant……..’earth …. flower pots on the balcony of his house on the floor fell on me as I passed by, causing me to be injured.
2 – passerby as I fell on the road by fainting during the incident………… a commercial taxi with a license plate went over my feet, causing me to be paralyzed. Police report attached addition.
3 – as surgery and other treatment costs that I spent three times in the hospital where I was removed due to these events………. I paid pounds. Besides, because of my paralysis, I’m not able to do business like I used to. My business is closed.
4-due to a traffic accident…….. Turkish Lira material,……. I want to sue for moral damages. I am not financially able to pay the fees and expenses required to file these cases and hire a lawyer.
5- ………….. that I am poor and unable to afford the costs of the trial…………… I have also received a certificate of poverty from the headman. The poverty certificate is presented in addition.
LEGAL REASONS :
Evidence : ………. reports from the hospital and invoices related to payments to the hospital, a certificate of poverty received from the headman, witnesses and all related legal evidence.
