The Duration of the Recovery Case
According to article 99 of the law, the creditor must file a ration claim within seven days.
I- The seven-day trial filing period begins not from the “date when the creditor finds out about the foreclosure”, but from the “date when the executive director gives time for the creditor to file a ration claim or notifies the creditor”.52 53 after the enforcement directorate has given the creditor (or his deputy) a seven-day period “by getting his signature into the enforcement file” (against his face), as well as notifying him, it does not extend the time for filing a lawsuit.
