4-) DELIVERY DATE OF THE GOODS

7.2. If the BUYER does not fulfill one of the obligations in this agreement, the receivable in the subsequent dated notes will be muaccel and the SELLER will be able to request payment of all the costs of the notes from the BUYER without waiting for the due date.

 

TERMINATION and TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

 

8.1. If the BUYER does not deliver the notes on the date specified in this agreement, this agreement will be terminated by itself. In this case, the SELLER may claim compensation for any loss from the BUYER.

 

8.2. If the SELLER does not fulfill his obligations arising from this agreement within the dates specified in this agreement, the BUYER may terminate the contract without giving time. In this case, the BUYER can claim compensation for any loss from the SELLER.

 

8.3. This agreement ends spontaneously when all of the obligations specified in this agreement are fulfilled by the parties and the parties have no requests from the other.

 

9-) RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES AND COMPETENT AUTHORITY

 

In resolving disputes arising out of this agreement or the interpretation of the articles of this agreement …. courts and enforcement agencies are authorized.
