WHERE TO GET A CERTIFICATE OF INHERITANCE?
The most confusing issue for people who have lost a loved one and are forced to make an official transaction is where to get a probate order.
The certificate of inheritance, also known as the certificate of the heir, can be obtained from 2 different places.
The simplest is a notary. Thanks to the Turkish identity card with a population registration sample provided to a notary, all my heirs are received by one person, by a petition, without the need to leave.
But; if there are those who live abroad or have foreign citizens among the heirs, or if any disputes have occurred, the probate order is issued by the Magistrates’ Courts in such cases.
