The request for recourse expires with the expiration of TWO YEARS starting from the date when the full compensation is paid and the responsible person is found out together, and in any case TEN YEARS starting from the date when the full compensation is paid. The person who is asked to pay compensation must report the situation to the people for whom he is jointly responsible. Otherwise, the statute of limitations will expire on the date on which this notification can be made in accordance with the rules of honesty.
