Subject of the lawsuit: the case for determining the death.
Events: 1 – Father of the client ……………. were treated in history ……………… has been in the hospital.
2-however, although it was expected to date, the death record was not transferred to the relevant population Directorate, so when admitted to the hospital, it was stated that there was nothing to be done to which the record was sent.
Although he died for this reason, he still appears to be alive …………….in order to deduct the death record from the population, it was mandatory to open this case.
