INSTRUCTIONS :
1-) My client recognized one of the defendants … in his/her/her written application to the deci-sion directorate and established a lineage between them. (APPENDIX -1) The other defendant … is the mother of the recognized child.
2-) My client made this acquaintance through the defendant’s statements and by considering the child to be his child. (APPENDIX-2) However, he then wants to cancel the recognition because he understands that the defendant has cheated on him.
3-) For this reason, we have been obliged to file a lawsuit for the cancellation of the recognition for the reasons mentioned above.
