INSTRUCTIONS :
1-) On the date of the client’s purchase, the defendant has purchased a vehicle of the brand, model and color. (APPENDIX 1) The value of the carpet as of the date of purchase is … -TL.
2-) When the seller sells the vehicle in question, the vehicle is 2 days earlier ..he agreed with the client with a bet that he had the expertiz company checked, since he did not have any accidents, paints and changing parts. As a result of this agreement, the client paid the seller …-,000-TL. …/…/…. he’s… at the notary .. the sale was realized with the vehicle sales contract numbered evmiye. 3-) 2 weeks after this sale../../….the client, who suspects the vehicle in question, went to the auto expert company to get a re-examination report and had his vehicle checked. During these checks, it was found that the vehicle had been involved in an accident before, had been heavily hit from the front side, and that the airbags and seat belt safety systems were defective(APPENDIX 2- ../../… dated … owned by an Auto Expertise company. report)
4-) The client then wanted to go to the expertiz company where the first report was given, but he could not reach the company because there was no such company, he realized that the received report was fake. (We reserve the right to complain about the incident.) Which the client has received.. brand..model..color..there has been an obligation to open this case in order to return the license plate vehicle to the seller.
