1. The file shows the borrower’s residential … Neighborhood, … Street, … Street, … Apartment, No:……… / ………. we have foreclosed on his address. We reject the claim for fortification made by a third party because the specified address is the debtor’s residence address and the execution order is notified to him at the specified address.
2. The third person puts forward a claim for fortification just to drop the enforcement proceedings.
