The period of objection to enforcement proceedings begins from the date of receipt(notification) of the notification containing a payment order by the buyer. If the last day of the 7-day appeal period for follow-up without notice coincides with the end of the week or any public holiday, the appeal period is considered extended to the first day after the weekend or public holiday.
If there is more than one debtor in the execution file, a debtor’s objection only stops the follow-up on his own. It does not stop the pursuit of other borrowers. For this reason, every borrower who has an objection to the debt must submit his own objection.
