The offense of liaison is not subject to COMPLAINT. Therefore, the prosecutor’s office initiates an investigation together with the fact that it is aware that the crime has been committed.
The statute of limitations for this offense is 15 years. If the crime is reported within this period from the date of its commission, the prosecutor’s office conducts an investigation.
