Subject of the lawsuit: the case for determining the death.

Events: 1 – Father of the client ……………. were treated in history ……………… has been in the hospital.

2-however, although it was expected to date, the death record was not transferred to the relevant population Directorate, so when admitted to the hospital, it was stated that there was nothing to be done to which the record was sent.

Although he died for this reason, he still appears to be alive …………….in order to deduct the death record from the population, it was mandatory to open this case.

Evidence: Population Registration, witness statement, hospital records and all legal evidence.

Conclusion and claim : the father of the client with the acceptance of the case according to the reason and the evidence shown above…………………’I wish that it would be decided to register his death in the population with the cancellation of the right record in the population.
