Events: 1-the plaintiff is a respected writer known throughout the country with his client’s name and works.

2-The defendant intentionally writes a book using the client’s name, although his real name is different.

3-since the defendant released a book with the name of the client on the market very shortly before the client’s last book, The Client’s book sales fell excessively, which caused financial damage to the plaintiff.
