WHO CAN APPLY FOR INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION

As a rule, anyone who claims that any of the fundamental rights and freedoms jointly guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and the October Convention on Human Rights, as well as the protocols to which Turkey is a party, have been violated by public power, can apply individually.
