In rental law, in principle, with the expiration of the lease agreement, the lease agreement does not expire, it extends itself. This prevents the tenant from prolonging . The lessor, in principle, will not be able to prevent this for 10 extension years. In order to compensate for the injustices that this situation will create, the lessor will be given the opportunity to terminate the lease agreement without waiting for the ten-year extension period if certain reasons occur.

TBK m. 347 “In residential and roofed workplace rentals, the contract is considered extended for one year with the same conditions, unless the tenant gives notice at least fifteen days before the end of the term of the fixed-term contracts. The lessor may not terminate the contract based on the expiration of the contract period. However, at the end of the ten-year extension period, the lessor may terminate the contract without giving any reason, provided that they give notice at least three months before the end of each extension year following this period.” He referred to this issue by saying.
