In the divorce case that we filed, which was registered in the merits of your court, we also requested the liquidation of the goods within the framework of the regime of participation in the acquired goods. Although the parties have agreed on a divorce, no agreement has been reached on the liquidation of the goods. For this reason, since the case cannot be concluded for a long time, we are obliged to request the separation of the cases in order for the liquidation of the disputed goods to be considered as a separate case.
