2-) For this reason, it has become mandatory to request the rejection of the judge in order for the trial to be conducted in an impartial and healthy manner.

LEGAL REASONS : 2577. m. 31, 56 – 1086 Pp. K. m. 29, 37 and related legislation.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons explained above, I reject the judge who is looking at the case, it is necessary for the case file to be given to another court, I respectfully ask and request from your Supreme Court to take the action.
