INSTRUCTIONS :

 

1-) The application made by our client to become a Turkish citizen was rejected on the grounds that it does not carry the requirement to have lived in Turkey continuously for 5 years backwards from the application date, except for education. (APPENDIX-1) (APPENDIX-2)

 

2-) It is clear that due to the fact that our client’s mother is a Turkish citizen and resides in Turkey, there is no obstacle to taking into account the residence period of the plaintiff who resides with his mother, the periods during which he studies are taken into account in the calculation of the residence period.

 

3-) Within the framework of the issues we have tried to explain above, the work on the cancellation of the rejection of the client’s application has resulted in the obligation to open this case.
