INSTRUCTIONS

1-) My client … lives as a tenant in an apartment owned by … and located at … Ili, … District … Street No.: … in accordance with the lease agreement dated at the beginning of /…//.

2-) Taking into account that the lease agreement period will expire on Dec./…/, the lease period has been extended again with the same conditions by the dated contract concluded between my client and the lessor.

3-) However, the lessor …, despite the extension of the lease agreement period … of the Executive Directorate … /…E. he has sent an Evacuation Order to my client from the tracking file he started with the numbered tracking file. The eviction order in question has been notified to my client on the date of /…/. However, dec the lease term has been extended with the contract concluded between my client and the lessor, the lessor has been obliged to object to the enforcement proceedings initiated by the lessor.
