SUBJECT : It is a request to impose a Payment Ban on checks.

 

REMARKS :1-Our client……. bank ……. from the branch ……. he lost the check cob he bought from account No.

 

2-There are 4 check leaves that have never been used in the lost check cob. Czech serial numbers belonging to the leaves………………., ……………….., ………….., ……………., it has the form.

 

3-In the event that these check sheets fall into the hands of malicious third parties and are filled out and used, our client will be a victim. We are requesting an injunction to prevent these checks from being paid by the bank.

AS A RESULT OF THE REQUEST: For the reasons described, in order for our client not to be in a difficult situation in the future, we request that the bank be notified by issuing an injunction not to pay the bank in respect of the check leaves with serial numbers given above.
