EVENTS : 1- The plaintiff is the client, muris ……………..he is one of the heirs of .
2-After the death of Muris, during the keeping of the official ledger of the estate, the defendant, although he had the necessary information about muris’s financial situation, deliberately did not inform the magistrate’s court about them and caused damage to the heirs.
3- In this sense, some of the muris’ receivables have expired and their collection ability has been lost. The average value of these today is …… TL.
