INSTRUCTIONS :

1-) The complainant and our client agreed to install a satellite dish on the date of the company’s … / … / … (APPENDIX-1), and the necessary technical installation was carried out by our client’s employees on the date of the company’s … / … /…. During this installation, the company employees expressed the opinion that the satellite dish should not be installed on the balcony due to the fact that there are small children in the house, but the complainant insisted that it be placed on the balcony in particular. In fact, this issue has been recorded in the minutes by the company’s employees. (APPENDIX-2)

2-) The complainant observed that the image quality gradually decreased after the signing of the contract, and because of this situation, our client called the company. It was taken into care by the company’s employees on the date of …/ …/ and at this time, it was seen that the child at home was playing with the antenna’s cables, causing it to wear out, and it was stated to the complainant.

3-) … / …/ … the image quality has improved as a result of the maintenance performed by the company’s employees on the date, but …/… /… our client was contacted by the company on the grounds that the same problem occurred again on the date. As in the previous trouble, the cables were found to be worn out again and this issue was documented with photos. (ANNEX-3) In order to protect the cables, the company’s employees offered to wrap the cables, but it was not accepted by the complainant.

4-) For the reason described, our client was obliged to request that the complainant’s request be rejected because the company fulfilled all its obligations.
